These Terms apply when a customer buys a digital Product from The Beat Bunker.

Who may purchase

A purchaser must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

If the intended Product user is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should make the purchase.

This is a Beat Bunker commercial policy and must not be described as a claim that every contract involving a minor is automatically invalid.

Product information

The Product page will describe the main characteristics of each digital Product before purchase.

For:

The Foundation Practice Pack: DJing v1.0.0

the purchase provides the digital resources stated on the Product page together with non-expiring Product access under the applicable access Policy.

Non-expiring Product access does NOT mean every future Product Version is automatically included.

The purchased v1.0.0 Version is guaranteed.

A later Version is included only where The Beat Bunker expressly adds that Version to the purchaser's access.

A temporary delivery credential/session may expire independently from the underlying Product entitlement.

Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Before a paid order can be submitted, the total amount payable and the applicable tax presentation must be clearly shown.

Sales availability

The Beat Bunker may make digital Products available to customers in multiple countries.

Availability may vary by location because of payment, tax, legal, regulatory or technical requirements.

The locations available at checkout determine where an order can currently be accepted.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of the customer's habitual residence where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contract language

The contract and required pre-contract consumer information must be available at least in Spanish and in any other language identified for the purchase journey before public paid commerce begins.

The current English local implementation does not remove that requirement.

Orders and payment

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

Before submitting an order, the customer must be able to review:

• Product;
• main Product characteristics;
• total amount payable;
• applicable contractual documents;
• digital-supply/withdrawal information.

The final order control must clearly communicate that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay.

Contract formation

A contract is accepted when payment is successfully accepted and the order is confirmed, unless the final production checkout expressly defines another lawful point of contract formation.

The customer will receive electronic confirmation.

Digital delivery

Digital Products are supplied electronically.

Depending on the Product/purchase method, access may be provided through:

• an Account;
• secure Guest access;
• or another clearly described secure delivery mechanism.

Customers are responsible for reasonable control of their own Account/login/ access credentials.

Withdrawal from digital-content purchases

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the Refunds & Withdrawal Policy explains how it operates.

Where immediate digital supply is requested during a withdrawal period, the customer must separately give the required express consent and acknowledge the legal consequence before The Beat Bunker relies on the digital-content withdrawal exception.

Legal conformity

Consumers have mandatory legal rights where digital content does not conform to the contract.

These rights are separate from change-of-mind withdrawal rights and are not limited by the Digital Product Licence or Refunds & Withdrawal Policy.

Where Spanish consumer law applies to digital content supplied in a single act or series of individual acts, applicable statutory conformity rights remain available for the relevant statutory period.

Do not shorten or waive mandatory conformity rights.

Technical functionality and compatibility

Before purchase, the Product page must identify where relevant:

• file formats;
• material technical requirements;
• functionality;
• compatibility/interoperability information that The Beat Bunker knows or can reasonably be expected to know.

Licence

Purchase does not transfer ownership of the Product's intellectual property.

Use is governed by the applicable:

Digital Product Licence.

Changes to these Terms

The Terms applying to an order are the version accepted when that order is placed.

Later changes must not retroactively replace the contractual version for an existing purchase where doing so would unlawfully alter the customer's rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

If the customer is a consumer, this does not deprive them of mandatory protections applicable under the law of their habitual residence where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded.
