Digital Product Licence

This Licence applies to Beat Bunker educational digital Products where the Product page identifies this Licence as applicable.

Licence grant

When a customer lawfully purchases the Product, they receive a:

• non-exclusive;
• non-transferable;
• single-user

licence to use the purchased Product for their own learning, practice and personal or professional DJ/music-production activity.

You may

The licensed user may:

• view and use the Product personally;
• download files made available under the purchase;
• print reasonable copies for their own use;
• complete, annotate or adapt worksheets/templates for their own learning/workflow;
• apply skills, techniques, knowledge and ideas learned from the Product in their own personal or commercial creative work.

You may not

Unless The Beat Bunker expressly agrees otherwise, the user may not:

• give or send Product files to another person;
• share an Account/access credential to allow another person to obtain the Product;
• upload the Product to public or shared storage;
• sell, redistribute or sublicense the Product;
• distribute copies to students;
• distribute copies to clients;
• distribute copies to colleagues/team members;
• reproduce substantial Product content as teaching/course material for others;
• sell or distribute modified versions of the Product;
• package Product materials/templates into another downloadable/commercial product.

Your creative work

This Licence does not give The Beat Bunker ownership of music, mixes, productions or other original work created by the user using knowledge gained from the Product.

Intellectual property

The Product and its original contents remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Except for the licence expressly granted here, no ownership right is transferred.

Product access and Versions

The licence for a lawfully purchased included Version does not expire merely because a later Version is released.

The purchased Version remains included in the Product access granted to the customer.

Future Versions are included only where the customer's Product access expressly grants them.

For The Foundation Practice Pack: DJing:

purchased Version v1.0.0 is guaranteed.

Future Versions are explicit-additive only.

A temporary Account/Guest/access credential expiry must not be described as expiry of the Product entitlement.

Different Product types

Samples, MIDI files, presets, loops, one-shots or other creative production assets may be supplied under a separate:

Beat Bunker Royalty-Free Creative Asset Licence

where applicable.

This educational Digital Product Licence does not automatically determine the rights granted for those separate future asset Products.

Do NOT create the future Royalty-Free licence in this wave.

Breach

Material unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale or sublicensing of the Product may result in reasonable measures to protect the Product and enforce applicable contractual or intellectual-property rights.

Where suspension of access is legally permitted and proportionate to a material breach, The Beat Bunker may suspend the affected access while the breach is investigated or remedied.

Nothing in this Licence permits The Beat Bunker to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
